We began managing our own rental property in 1994 when my husband J.T. built a custom log home just South of Breckenridge. For over 10 years we managed our property as a vacation rental. Our home was one of the first homes in the area featured on VRBO. During that time, we gained an understanding and developed an expertise of what it means to maintain and manage a a rental home and take great care of our guests. As the years went on, we began managing an additional property for a friend, then another, then another. Over time, LiveBreck LLC was formed and has become a fully licensed and insured management company specializing in impeccably maintaining our rental homes and offering an exceptional experience for our guests.

Where do I find discounted lift tickets?

The best way to purchase lift tickets is online and ahead of time at the Breckenridge Ski Area website. You can save up to 25% if you do it this way.

Depending on how many days you expect to ski, if you plan ahead enough it may make more sense to purchase a season pass. The cutoff is usually in November.
