Housekeeping/Cleaning Practices

As always, we’re committed to providing a clean and sanitized property for you, your family and friends. To help ease your concerns, please see our guidelines:
All high traffic areas including but not limited to door knobs, remote controls, cabinet handles, light switches, appliances, electronics, bathroom amenities, and everything in our path is sanitized and disinfected.

All linens are laundered offsite using disinfecting detergents and bleach—and washed at a hot temperature setting.

Every home has been deep cleaned from top to bottom and carpets have been cleaned with an infection-killing agent and soft surfaces have been sprayed.

Board games, throw pillows, and any other un-necessary items have been temporarily removed from each property. Please bring along your favorites.

Processes and Procedures During COVID-19

Cancellation Policies

If the ski area shuts down or the town shuts down to short term rentals during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule. If someone in your group is sick with COVID, you have an upcoming stay, and you can provide paperwork, you will be able to reschedule. Otherwise, once the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. Once the remaining balance is paid thirty days before your arrival, that portion is also non-refundable.

If a reservation is moved to a future date and the second portion has not already been paid, the second portion due date will be rescheduled to 30 days before your new arrival date.
