Cancellation/Fulfillment Policy

Once the reservation is confirmed and the first half payment has been made, the reservation is confirmed and the property you have chosen is confirmed for those dates. The first payment is non-refundable. The second half payment will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the second half payment is made, it is also non-refundable. We have this policy in place because we have to block the calendar once your reservation has been made. We do suggest that you purchase trip insurance for your stay at www.tripprotection.com.
