Front row views of the Breckenridge ski area from the main living area, back patio, and hot tub! One of the best locations in Shock Hill!! From the exquisite finishes, open floor plan, and expansive floor to ceiling windows to the unobstructed views of the ski area and surrounding mountain ranges, this luxury home is the perfect place to enjoy your adventure in the mountains! Warm your toes with the in-floor radiant heat, full size hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and fire pit. Enjoy family and friends while preparing a meal in the well supplied chefs kitchen complete with a Viking 6 burner cook top range, double ovens, wine refrigerator(s), and top of the line appliances and finishes. Come and go as you please with the free gondola located just outside the door. Ride the gondola to the base of Peak 7 and 8 or to the middle of Main Street Breckenridge during daytime hours.

The neighborhood of Shock Hill sits between the middle of Main Street Breckenridge and the base of the ski area (Peaks 7 and 8) and is one of the most convenient and preferred locations to stay in all of Breckenridge. The gondola runs right through the neighborhood taking you to and from the ski area base and down to the middle of Main Street. This is one of the newest additions to Shock Hill and one of the closest houses to the mid point gondola station. Even within the Shock Hill neighborhood, this is one of the best possible locations!

Please note: The Breckenridge Gondola opens for the Winter season right around November 8th every year and operates daily from 7:45am to 5:30pm during winter months. The gondola does also not run end of April to mid June during moose calving season. The gondola reopens mid June and runs through Labor Day weekend. The hours of operation during the summer are 10am to 5pm. The gondola is free to ride for everyone. You do not need a pass.

6. Towels – 2 bath, 1 hand, 1 wash, and 1 hot tub towel is provided for each guest the homes sleeps
7. There will be one propane tank and an back up tank at the house if the home has a BBQ grill

11. A pack and play is provided. For liability reasons, we do not provide additional baby equipment. Baby equipment including baby gates can be rented through Baby's Away.

Please note the gondola does not run from mid April through the beginning of June. It typically re-opens by the 2nd week in June.

Regular Cancellation Policy
Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable.

We expect our guests to treat our home as they would their own. Turn off lights when not in the room or at home, cover items in the microwave, remove shoes while inside etc. Quiet hours after 10pm. No smoking or cannabis of any kind permitted inside of the property. This is a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the folks around you and keep voices and music low especially after 10pm.
